So disappointed in my recent visit! For 3 decades I have gone through all the exam stations, then see the doctor, get my script, and LEAVE, after a 2-3 hour appointment. NO MORE! I have to go to their opticians to SIGN for my script, then WAIT for all who are on the waiting list before me to do all the functions necessary to get their new glasses! The staff gets very huffy if you say you don’t want to wait 30-60 minutes for your script that you have earned, wish to leave, and get your glasses elsewhere. This is a blatant method for their opticians to have the chance to talk you into their services; it makes no other sense! I also have had to put up with him being a very uncommunicative doctor who cannot take the time to help you on much of anything regarding your eyes except the medical basics. He is so good at the basics, but now with this signing for the script and his lack of help with other eye matters, I am looking elsewhere. I think he just wants to retire.
