I started going to Dr. dean because it was practical. His office is 5 minutes from where I work. I have had zero issues with any of the service or treatment I have been given there. He has never tried to force a procedure on me. I had a tooth not bothering me but would need work in the future. He said let's keep an eye on it. He told me what will eventually need to happen with it but we can cross that bridge when we come to it.
