Dr. John Mullins Jr, DMD

I went to Dr. Zaidi who at the time was using Dr. Mullins to do oral surgery and implants. D.r Mullins placed two implants and when I went back to Dr. Zaidi he completed the work. After the work was completed I moved to VIrginia and started to experience pain and discovered the area was infected. I paid $9,000 to have this work done and now the area is infected and one implant is out of the bone and one is loose. I contacted Dr. Mullins to try to get my money back and there has been no response. I am 83 years old and on a fixed income and I need this money to redo the faulty work performed by Dr. Mullins. I would not recommend Dr. Mullins because He has no interest in doing the right thing if you have a problem.
