We were treated with kindness in the ESA office. The staff is friendly and our wait times were mostly reasonable. Dr Fredric was great in the office and the hospital for surgery. My only thought is push play for the movie in the waiting area, and don’t always show the same movie. Such a minute issue and really doesn’t matter since we aren’t there for movies. My sons eyes are doing great!
