Patient Reviews
Aug 22, 2025
At every step, my experience with UCI Health was phenomenally smooth and compassionate. From my first call to make the appointment to post-procedure care and valet service, myself and my family were treated with compassion, efficiency, clarity and kindness. The admin, nurses, parking attendants, receptionists, phlebotomist, and doctors were attentive, efficient, kind, and skilled at every step. The anesthesia team made it quick and painless (thank you!) My pre-op RN Leila was gentle and efficient putting me at ease, RN Ricky in intra-op was also kind and reassuring, and post-op RN Lorela was so sweet and made the whole experience even better. Hugs to all. Dr. Lee greeted me before the procedure and after explaining everything carefully, and he let me know what would happen next….a very kind man. Our cars were waiting for us when walked out! A totally positive experience beginning to end. I can’t recommend more highly UCI Health! Five stars is not enough.
