The provider was excellent; however, the care team was not responsive in proactively managing the post-operative pain for my child. As a result, my child was left in tremendous pain while the care team was unresponsive to our calls (we couldn’t reach anyone and were hung up on repeatedly) while my child suffered. Unfortunately HealthGrades does not allow me to rate the care team, which is unfortunate as the physician was excellent pre and post-operatively. BEWARE if you insist on using this provider and make sure you have Plan B, and Plan C for pain management worked out and prescriptions called in BEFORE you have surgery. “Call us if your child experiences pain” is ABSOLUTELY NOT a pain management plan if you refuse to answer the phone.
