Ha! Good luck. I couldn't even get an appointment. I called on a Tuesday, booked an appointment. The next day, I received a phone call stating that my appointment was promptly canceled and I needed to book with a "Jennifer. " I inquired as to why I couldn't make an appointment right then and there. Nope! Needed to be with Jennifer. I was given a phone to reach said Jennifer. After being on hold for over an hour, I hung up. There was no "you are number so and so" or "we will call you back and you will not loose you place in line," absolutely nothing. So you have no idea what's going on. A few days later, I called again. Finally, someone answered. Not Jennifer. I was told that my info would be sent to Jennifer who would call me back to make an appointment. 5 days later and at 4pm in the afternoon, the elusive Jennifer finally called. She wanted to make an appointment. By then, I had booked with another company. I don't need to chase you in order to make an appointment. Waiting over a week to book, is ridiculous. What if there was a problem? Do I need to now wait for another person to call me? Nope! I'm good. Sounds like they need more "Jennifer 's" and/or she needs to work more hours.
