Dr. Paschen is a uniquely caring and informed pediatrician with an unmatched bedside manner with both his patients and their parents. He answers our questions (even the silly ones) professionally and thoroughly, and he always explains his treatment choices and advice to us in a way we can understand. He takes the time to tell us when we were doing something right (something he shouldn't need to do, but is so so necessary in building a relationship with new parents). With our second child, we are still learning and so is Dr. Paschen. He frequently references conferences and lectures he's attended and new studies that may influence the way we manage the children's health and development. Finally, Dr. Paschen and his nurses work hard to make sure he's available. I hear from so many parents that their children see acute care doctors more than their primary physicians. Our hope is that Dr. Paschen will be around to see our children all the way through high school!
