This man's action was criminal! He canceled my surgery and I didn't know it until I arrived at the hospital! I CALL HIM and all he could say was that he was "intending" to call me early that morning but didn't. I have been severely depressed and had to find another PCP in another medical facility to get another referral for surgery of my ruptured appendix!
