Though he did the procedure on my husband without issue, he pretty much left us hanging for over 2 weeks knowing that he had a uncommon form of cancer. He cancelled his appointment he had with us and rescheduled for another week leaving us hanging. However, results from genetic testing showed malignancy, yet no one from the office would help us. He was supposed to call us back and we waited day after day. The stress on my husband became too much. It's unfair to do this to a patient. We are now getting the big shots involved just to find out what is going on. It's torture to make a patient wait nearly 2 weeks knowing that they have cancer but not giving them any answers and having a gag order placed on the nurses. Poor business indeed!
