Prior to operation I had a CT Scan. The Dr asked I do another one, although the prior confirmed I had the patatyhyroid hormone issue.Next I had no less than 3 people call me 3 times 'from the Dr's' office.They were in cases duplicate situations It was requested I get a formal 'pre-op' from my primary physician although I had full anesthesia a week earlier for a colonoscopy. Then I take a phone survey and on a risk assessment sheet I need to see a 2nd doctor from White Plainbs hospital. The 2nd Doctor was pleasant; however was zero value to me or the hospital,The day before the procedure I get a call promptly at 8 am (one of 3 for the day). The first question is 'Are you scheduled for surgery?' My answer was 'Is that the reason for your call?'A second person
