I had to pay out of pocket only for this man to completely disregard my symptoms, refuse to prescribe me anything, and ultimately tell me to continue taking the exact steps I’ve already been taking to overcome my sinus infection of 2 months now. He talked over me and interrupted me multiple times as I tried to describe my symptoms, even jumping in to say “you’re not sick, you’re just stuffy.” He made several other inappropriate comments until I finally ended the phone call. He has 0 professionalism and is an embarrassment to his practice.
