Patient Reviews

I came to Dr. Howard for a 3rd opinion to examine my throat in 2020 Yes it took me this long to put in a review but better late than never and you will understand at the end of this review. It felt like something was caught. He blew it off and said it was globus sensation (phantom feeling that feels like something in in your throat). After getting 2 other opinions both being ENT's and they both said it was the same thing. He treated me like it was all in my head.I have been in healthcare for over 20 years and am my own advocate.I demanded an MRI or some other imaging be done on my throat and neck.He reluctantly ordered an MRI. He insisted that it was globus sensation.Well I never went back to him because of the treatment I received. I pursued another opinion. After getting the MRI results back I made an appt with an endocrinologist. The results of MRI showed a nodule on my left thyroid.Endocrinologist did biopsy of nodule and guess what? PAPILLARY THRYOID CANCER. DO NOT GO TO DR. HOWARD!
