Dr.Blair accepted my L&I claim in September. Well not the best experience for sure .Out sourcing my treatment and not allowing my second injection to my neck to take full effect. Only giving 4 days , at that point Dr. Blair stated the injections did not work and stated He was not going to do surgery since the injections failed. and returned me to the job of injury. Actually the first injection did in fact give some days of relief.The Diagnosis doesn’t match the treatment plan. Very hard to see the doctor in a timely manner, which caused my APF to expire before the next visit 2 months later. I called and notified the office and they extended until my next appointment. Not understanding why the sudden change of treatment, from the first visit. 5 months has gone by, still in pain and now looking for another provider to help with my chronic condition that Dr. Blair has diagnosed. I just wish that I could have used my personal insurance for the assault that occurred on the job.
