His first comment after viewing my X-Ray: "The good news is you don't need surgery. The bad news is it's bad for business". Many a true word spoken in jest. The un-itemized (self pay) bill they sent me for the 10 minute visit and the 2 hour total waiting time made it clear that $'s and lots of them are their agenda. When I called to question the bill they gave me the runaround, spoke down and over the top of me repeatedly, then hung up in my ear even when I called back to speak to someone higher up. An expensive awful experience.
