I have spent years in pain and having to take prednisone to get through Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays . In May, I had spinal fusion surgery with Dr. Hicks. This Thanksgiving weekend, I walked 15,000 steps in one day with no pain. I finally can keep up with my family.
