I had the worst experience with a Dr when I saw Dr Holst. He was dismissive, condescending and did not listen to me. He lied in his notes which is something I have never experienced. Long story short he said I was fine; I finally got an MRI from another Dr and found out I had herniated discs and spinal stenosis. He treated me like I wanted pills or something. I just wanted an MRI. :( Would not recommend to anyone.

I had an awful experience with this provider. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a healthcare facility. I went in with excruciating back and leg pain. I could not sit down. The nerve pain I was experiencing was horrendous. He refused an MRI for me. Of note, I have excellent insurance so you would think he would have honored my requesting how much pain I was in. He was very condescending. He kept saying I probably had a urinary tract infection. I told him I have chronic back pain and know how to manage it and this was not a urinary tract infection. I told him I had a pinched nerve or a slipped disk or something. He would not listen to me. Told me to lose some weight and I probably won’t have these problems. Not that I should have had to, but I explained to him that I keep putting on weight because I’m unable to be active like I used to be. He did not examine me. he further lied about that on the report. Another provider within this hospital encourage me to file a complaint with the hospital, which I did. They unfortunately blew it off and said they would share my concerns with him. Also, I did find a doctor that listen to me and I did Have severe back issues and nerve issues that should have been addressed! Would never recommend this provider to anyone. In fact, he should be fired. I spent weeks of my life in excruciating pain. 0/10 stars would not recommend.
