Dr. Mciver is an incredible surgeon! He was the surgeon that preformed my husband’s operation to help fix his spinal stenosis on top of other back issues and all I can say is…WOW!! He exceeded our expectations 1000%! We will never truly be able to express our gratitude for Dr. Mciver and his team. My husband was loosing hope that his pain would ever go away and his quality of life would ever go back to the way it was before this all began and on top of that he was full of anxiety and fear of having the surgery but Dr. Mciver helped ease up his fear of the procedure and today he says it’s the best things he’s ever done. Because of Dr. Mciver’s expertise and willingness to do whatever he could to repair my husbands back he has also helped restore his hope for the future. Dr. Mciver is with his patients from the moment they arrive for surgery and with the help of his incredible surgical team they all work together with every aspect of the surgical process to insure a positive and pleasant experience. He is extremely professional, caring about the individuals needs, honest, knowledgeable, pleasant, super down to earth, funny, and very candid regarding realistic expectations so you are not hit with any surprises. He was super patient and understanding of our endless questions up until the operating room and dynamic regarding what to expect before, during and after surgery. His laid back style really helped to put our minds at ease. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our closest friends and family. We send our thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mciver for giving us a new start at a new Joe! Through your work Joe is ready to get back to enjoying living his life pain free and being able to have fun again and it’s all because of you and your team. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to manage the operation. The office staff as well as the after surgery staff of nurses and techs are just as wonderful, patient, informative, helpful, sympathetic, competent and kind as you would expect them to be if hand-picked by Dr. Mciver. They are the most sweetest we’ve ever came across out of all the hospitals and clinics we’ve been at. Mercy surgical staff for the win! ??????
