My son has been seen at Family Eye Care & Children’s Eye Center of New Mexico for over 10 years and we were treated so very badly by this doctor I will never go back! He is the most rude, uncompassionate, disrespectful human I have encountered in a long time! I can’t believe he’s a FAMILY doctor! My son has had a recurring aggravated eye duct…we took him in prior to our trip so he could get eye ointment that has been previously prescribed. We get out of town and the ointment reduced the swelling significantly. Well…we accidentally lost the teeny tiny tube of ointment! Searched everywhere for it in the midst of having to switch rental cars (plus other stuff)….so I called the office to see if they could reissue to a Walgreens where we were. This man was NOT interested in listening to me or helping the situation! He didn’t let me speak and even hung up on me mid-sentence! Couldnt care less about leaving my son in a miserable state while on travel. Inexcusable!
