Professional, informative, caring . . . these are the words that come immediately to mind when I think of Dr. Stepp and his staff! On this, my first visit, I was greeted warmly by name, and the receptionist was careful to go over confirmation of my coverage. She also took the time to contact my quondam dentist to have information immediately available for the doctor. My hygienist, Sara, was affable and knowledgeable, and she gave me a thorough cleaning with a gentle touch. Dr. Stapp was equally congenial and asked questions that made me feel as if I were part of a team - rather than a mere recipient - of stakeholders addressing my oral health. Thank you for a sublime level of care!
