Dr.wagoner is really a great doctor with empathy and compassion.I went to Dr.wagoner on 29 August for an allergy episode and Dr.Wagoner gave full attention to my problem, listened every word , explained everything. Later on after my blood test he made a personal call to explain everything.A very concerned doctor with great ethics .I would recommend him to my children, family and friends
