I'm writing to express my deep concern regarding our recent appointment with Joleen. Her behavior came across as condescending, dismissive, and unnecessarily harsh. During what has been one of the most overwhelming and emotionally difficult times for my family: facing the many unknowns and decisions that come with a cancer diagnosis. She treated my mother with a clear lack of empathy and respect. The experience left us feeling even more confused and unsupported at a time when compassion and clear guidance are critical.
