Made an appointment with the receptionist, most important, she took all my medical information with numbers. I was in some pain, but waited four weeks after the New Year to get in. I’m a new patient. When I arrived for the appointment I waited behind one person about ten minutes. Then gave my ID and medical card to the receptionist. I was told at that time, and not when I originally called, that they don’t take my insurance. Waisted my time with the Gwinnett Family Dental Care in Lawrenceville, GA. Why couldn’t the receptionist tell me during the initial reservation that they didn’t take my insurance? Took the whole day off work for nothing. Cost eight hours of pay for their mistake.
