He didn't ask questions, but made assumptions. He refused to order a lab test, which was the reason for my visit to start with, until after I filed a complaint, 3 months later. He also caused serious problems between my son (also his patient) and me as he told my son to take power of attorney over me. It turned our lives into a nightmare.
