Dr. Du Bois is simply the best doctor I have ever met. He was my mother’s attending oncologist and we were so glad to have met him. It was a great shock to us when my mother was first diagnosed with stage IV metastatic pancreatic cancer, but thanks to Dr. Du Bois who handled the entire situation with great sensibility and compassion, my mother and my family found much hope and comfort in the treatment plan Dr. Du Bois guided us through. Most importantly, we are so thankful for his kindness. On the first day we met, he gave me his number and told me I can call his office 24/7 any time I need help and his team really lived up to that standard and provided timely response and sensible guidance every time I called. He even visited my mother at the hospice house and gave me a call to check on my family when my mother passed away. He reminds me of Trudeau’s words: “To cure sometimes, to relieve often, to comfort always.” Thank you, Dr. Du Bois!
