When in the waiting room before my wisdom teeth removal with it. I told my partner, I didn't like the unprofessionalism and lack of natural empathy the way he was speaking to another pts mother. Once I got in the room with him, we looked over my xrays. I explained my symptoms cause he asked if I had any as to why I wasn't my wisdom teeth out. I had questions on my xrays and he seemed a little bothered that it even had questions. I asked for a neck pillow, as the chair they have you in is out dated. He also made it seem like my decision if I should let him cut my tooth in half or take it out...thats a decision he should take on and be honest with the patient as to why he feels is best in that case and also realistic as to his skill level on that case. He seemed like he didn't enjoy his job, wasn't truly their for the patient but the paycheck. Afterward, when explaining the meds to my partner. He said he thinks I'm going to need more meds because "I seem like a complainer."......RIDICULOUS AND RUDE. I work in healthcare and I truly don't get why people choose to work with patients when they lack simple empathy, kindness and patience. Staff was very sweet however.
