Dr Hicklin is very nice and knowledgeable. Equipment in the Fort Mill office seems very old. Had to go to Rock Hill office to have tests done with newer equipment per their request. The assistance don't seem to know how to use equipment. The billing office is impossible to contact. I've been going to Dr. Hicklin for 5 years but I feel I may need to get second opinion since eye issues have not been resolved
