I regret my visit with Dr. Y. Despite his high ratings, I found him to lack empathy and any willingness to advocate for his patients. After walking a long distance with foot pain to reach the office, I was disappointed to have my symptoms dismissed without consideration. This experience was both disheartening and unexpected.
