I had an appointment, made the year before at my last appointment, and when I arrived I was told that the doctor was not in the office. I had texts, emails and phone calls reminding me of the appointment, the last text was the day of the appointment. I had notes on my portal reminding me of my appointment. Why were they confirming my appointment if it was canceled? At first they offered me to see the nurse but changed their minds. I left and 30 minutes later they called back and said I could come back and see the nurse and they wouldn’t charge. I told them I would discuss my options with Dr. Rhee when he called me back. He has yet to call me back. The office is not well run and the lack of phone call, when I specifically asked for him to call me, tells me he is not committed to me. I have been a patient since 2019 and have seen and heard lots of problems in his office but this was the worst. I deserve a doctor committed to my health.
