I saw him about severe ear and jaw pain I had for months, he was extremely dismissive of me, and treated me like I was wasting his time. He wrote in my note that since I was a cancer patient previously so I was worried about every little thing after I advocated for myself to get an MRI. He didn't explain what my MRI showed, I had to learn over a year later from a different ENT to the extent of what was causing my pain which I still deal with. He told me he could do nothing for me, which may be true but he had no empathy at all.
