Dr. Lee might be good at procedures (might be - I'd know if I could get my procedure completed), but the entire clinic is incompetent. It's taken me over a year of xrays, MRI, PT, epidural, branch blocks and when they finally decided an ablation would help, the soonest I could get scheduled was over 3 months away. They failed to contact my insurance company for pre-approval until the week before the scheduled ablation, then because they sent incomplete info, the insurance company denied coverage. Now I have to appeal (60-90 days), and the earliest I can get scheduled anyway is over 4 months away.
