A patient of Dr. Mobley's for years, my father was experiencing bladder pain and incontinence last fall and found it extremely difficult to get an appointment. They don't even have anyone answering the phone and calls aren't returned for weeks. When he finally got seen, Dr. Mobley only prescribed medication with no follow-up. Pain continued and again, office completely unresponsive so as retired military he finally went to the Urology Clinic at Fort Belvoir where they did a CAT scan and discovered an aggressive tumor. The prognosis is not good since he is elderly - if Dr. Mobley had actually responded and did the work to truly diagnose the problem, this could have been prevented. Unfortunately, there is no way to give 0 stars.
