His administration staff are completely incompetent. First, I must say that Dr. Long is a fantastic doctor. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Long. His nursing staff are also very friendly and caring. His administration, however, do not do their jobs. They get catty when you question if they actually did the paperwork regarding your insurance and prescriptions. Getting your prescription? Ha! Plan ahead 1-2 weeks because they do those as well. His administration are lazy and incompetent.
