Ease of getting appointment. Clean, friendly office and staff. Zero wait time.Dr Mallen was pleasant, listened to my issues. He felt like there was nothing to be done at this time. Just gave me a smaller more flexible brace for my knee. My body would heal itself. If after a week or so I did not feel any better I should return for a follow up and possibly an mri.
