Dr. Schneider is great but his surgery scheduler is rude and not helpful at all. She treated me with disrespect and contempt and refused to do her due diligence to request surgery clearance instead saying it was my responsibility to request things that I didn’t know what they were, nor from whom to request them or to whom to have them sent. She told me I had to take care of all this then talked risky to me because I was asking questions about how to accomplish the task.
