I enjoy my visits with Dr V. He is easy-going, knowledgeable, and takes his time with me. He emits positive energy which is important for me. Very punctual on the majority of our visits. If my visit is at 3:00pm via video, he is seeing me at 2:55pm! His staff in the office on the other hand may be a bit slower, but still faster than my other docs. He has my full 100% recommendation.

I have seen Dr Velez for almost 2 years now due to hypothyroidism after pregnancy. He has been attentive to my needs and always makes me feel welcomed. I get bloodwork done every 6 months or so, but if I need to get them done sooner he is always responsive and willing to meet via televideo to test and discuss further. I usually send him a list of questions by message, and he is ready to discuss during appointment. No major complaints with the telehealth and clinic staff. I would recommend him and his team to anyone!
