The doctor seems knowledgeable but I've been battling for two months to get the prescription filled which he sent me. the doctor, his assistant and staff are so disorganized and unresponsive thank goodness it's for weight loss and not something critical. my issues have nothing to do with insurance or availability of the medication. the problems lie solely with the doctor and his support staff, instead of taking the time to rectify the issue they keep bouncing me around to different people and starting all over again on the wrong track.
