It is clear Dr. Tepper cares and that he has a wealth of knowledge. He helped me get off medication I had been on for over ten years in a calm, logical manner. He always seemed genuinely interested and concerned about me and my loved ones' wellbeing. He also has an amazing array of stories, experience and academic background in the field. Truly remarkable person!
