My husband's stomach was pierced during his back surgery. It was unknown at the time. My husband was dying 6 hours after his back surgery because poison was seeping through his stomach. Dr. Joon Lee was called at home, it was midnight the day before Christmas Eve. When they were rolling my husband into the operating room, Dr. Lee came to me and put his hand on my shoulder and comforted me. He was calm and loving. I did not know what the outcome would be, but Dr. Joon Lee gave me hope. In a world where we are seen as cattle or a number in doctors' offices and hospitals, Dr. Joon Lee is a gift from God. You feel his positive energy and wisdom when he is near. It is very comforting. We love and appreciate him; words can not express our gratitude.
