I repeatedly made contact with the professional team for over a 10 day period. I was repeatedly told that my message would be forwarded and a Nurse Practitioner would contact me that day. I neither heard from the nurse nor from Dr. Klein. Again, this was an urgent matter. Dr. Klein also did not respond to requests from my surgeon regarding the same matter.
