Dr. Sand performed a deep plane face lift, neck lift, and endoscopic brow lift on me. He also performed septoplasty to improve my breathing. The septoplasty went well, and my breathing issue improved significantly. At first glance, my plastic surgery looks good. However, after spending a great amount of money, I would have expected better results. My brow lift, face, and neck lift let me with significant numbness and extreme itching. In cold and hot temperatures, my face is beyond uncomfortable, with burning sensations when cold, and prickly sensations when hot. I was also left with cobra neck. This is where too much fat is removed from beneath the chin, leaving a 'divot' in the neck line, causing the skin and tissue on either side to stick out. Imagine pushing a thumb into a stress ball. Dr. Sand did a revision on my neck that did not improve the cobra neck. He appeared sympathetic, but, as expected, bore no responsibillity. This left me sad and disappointed..
