I've been coming here for a while and never had any problems until yesterday. Apparently they have a new computer system that the ladies at the desk are stressed out over and the patients suffer because of it. Had a disagreement with one rude lady at the desk (curly black hair) and because of it - she deleted my daughter's patient portal! I will be making a complaint with the office and Florida hospital. They should also get their information correct on patient rights. My daughter is 19 - but I
