Dr Toro is an excellent surgeon. I had a bad break in my arm that required an implant and cadaver bone. I am 12 weeks post surgery and have almost full range of motion already. At 63 yrs of age I was skeptical for a full recovery. He is amazing and did an amazing job on my arm.
