Gamboa performed a psychiatric evaluation of our 92-year-old friend while she was under care at the Garden Park recovery facility in Garden Grove. He followed up with us, as she has no family, and was primarily occupied with how he was going to be paid. He then submitted to Garden Park an illegible hand-written assessment that was not legally acceptable as a legitimate psychiatric evaluation. We consider him an insult to his profession and recommend you avoid him.
