Irresponsible in his medication management to the point that he seems incompetent. He lacked empathy and always did the bare minimum, happy to turn a 30 minute appointment into a 5 minute appointment and of course charge the same. He left the practice and the way he mishandled transfer of care ensured that I had no reliable way of getting timely refills for medications that are very dangerous to stop suddenly. Poor attention to detail, poor bedside manner. He has a lot to learn in the profession.
