I had a really disappointing experience with Dr. Joseph Bui office. The staff was rude and didn’t make any effort to accommodate my ADA needs. When I tried to explain, instead of helping, they hung up on me. That felt disrespectful and honestly pretty hurtful. I hope they take this seriously and treat people better in the future
