Dr. Daley is an excellent doctor. My husband and I have been patients for years, having been referred to him by our former primary care doctor.But the office manager of Pulmonary Consultants is horrible. The office doesn’t do their jobs and the manager doesn’t care.Last year, my husband came for an appointment but the nurse could not download his info from his machine. We had to do the visit without the info. They had me call to give the numbers from the unit and said they would resolve it. Today, a year later, new nurse says no one ever bothered to do anything and doctor still has no info. they were now trying to fix it, no idea if they will get it done this time, either but at least the nurse cared.But worse-On March 14th, we were told by our vet that our beloved pet of 16 years would need to be put down. We asked for the weekend to say goodbye-made a phone call to try to reschedule my husband’s appointment with Dr. Daley for that Monday. They say we never called and billed $50!
