Dr. Donzelli was the surgeon who did a complete thyroidectomy on me 14 years ago. He did a great job at the time. However, my recent experience with him is less than positive. Twice I made Monday appointments with him using his online scheduling mechanism. Both times his office has called to cancel those appointments with just a few days notice and the option given for rescheduling was 8 weeks out. His disregard for his patient’s schedule is frustrating to say the least, but it also leaves people in challenging health situations. I would not recommend going to Dr. Donzelli for any sort of urgent situation.
