my sister was in san juan er and was seen by dr koza who treated her for sugar over 500; my sister has end stage renal disease and is on dialysis and diabetic ; i was talking to him over the phone( i'm in state of WA) and asked him to amit my sister under a 24 hour observation period; he did not answer me because the nurse said he stepped out of the room; my sister went home and returned was admitted to the hospital the following morning for very low blood pressure and was unconscious and placed in icu; i was told that her blood count had been 7 the day she was seen in San Juan ER and had come down to 5 when she arrived at Rio Grande regional hospital ; i have placed a complaint to the hospital that anyone with a low hemoglobin as my sister should have been admitted;
