Dr. Daniel, performed a cheilectomy on my left big toe. I had fractured the toe in yogo, yes yoga, going from a handstand to a plank (mind you the wrong way). Ignored the pain for many months, and arthritis grew around fracture. I was 60 at the time and Dr Daniel recommended the to be fused. We discussed how much I work out and need the flexiblity in that toe to perform normally. He recommended and performed the cheilectomy. Turned out to be the best choice. The toe today is just as flexible as the other. I can roll over from planks to downdogs with no issue or pain. Thank you Dr Daniel for listening to my needs and not just my age.
